Pregnant and Black Technologies, LLC (“Pregnant and Black,” “We,” “Our,” or “Us”) is committed to handling personal information in a transparent and secure manner. While certain content may also be available through our website or social media channels, this Privacy Notice only governs the privacy practices in the context in which it is presented within the mobile application.

This Application is not directed to individuals outside of the United States. The Pregnant and Black mobile application is designed to provide users with accessible pregnancy-related support through a digital platform. The Application enables users to connect on demand with trained Healthcare Advocates, access educational materials, and participate in community features, including messaging, discussion forums, and resource-sharing tools.

We collect personal information that you provide directly to us, as well as technical information to operate, secure, and improve the Application. We limit our data collection practices to information that is necessary to operate the Application, deliver requested services, maintain platform integrity, and support user safety.

During onboarding or use of the Application, users may provide additional contextual information regarding their pregnancy journey, emotional state, support preferences, and personal experiences. This information is optional and is used solely to provide requested services, including personalized support, matching with healthcare advocates, and tailored resources. Sensitive personal information is not used for secondary purposes.

We use personal information to provide and support the Application including the optional features you may choose to use. This includes creating and managing your account, connecting users with Healthcare Advocates, enabling communication tools and delivering educational content.

We also use information to maintain and improve the Application, ensure security, prevent misuse, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell or share your personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising within the Application. We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

All personal information is stored within the United States. Access to personal information is limited to authorized personnel who require such access to operate, maintain, and support the Application and Services.

We do not use persistent cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics tools.
